Carolin Southers: I will speak my mind if a colleague comes to me - "why did you say that at me"? I am not afraid to say which I feel is something true and I need to back myself up - e.g at work. Lets say if its something at home I will speak out and say what I need to state and let it all out- for me it pointless leaving thoughts in your head. They do not understand I will forget it and walk away. I do not want arguments. When I speak I try not to shout, take any pressure out and get angry as it not doing any good for yourself.
