Lauri Ohl: Nobody but the married couple themself.
Patrica Loertscher: Any time when your heart is not completely devoted to the one you are with. If it's something you wouldn't willingly share with your partner, then you're hiding it for a reason and it's cheating, perhaps not physically always but it can be done emotionally as well. If you cannot completely commit to the person you're with mind body and soul then it isn't a solid relationship.
Oren Eskelsen: Parents 'divorcing' their children would be called disowning them. It's like throwing them into adoption.Children 'divorcing' their parents, because of a bad living condition is called emancipation. So yea, it's possibleJust with different terms....Show more
Curtis Josef: Yes...Kind-of. While it's not "divorce," parents always have the option of giving up their parental rights and responsibilities by placing their children in foster care.
Ninfa Asby: Been with my old lady for 26 years. Never ! GOT married in the first place. So, my answer is no.
Nadia Crauswell: Some people say if you are doing something and would be in trouble if your spouse saw you doing it, then that's cheating. Personally (and as someone who has done all these things unfortunately) I take a pretty broad view. It's a slippery slope from chatting with someone online to sexting to having coffee to making out to getting a hotel room, etc. So don't even start the process.
Whitney Saborido: No
Neville Dautremont: You can give your children up for adoption.
Coleman Coscia: no no no they can not thats prolbaly the stupidest question in the world...
Shawn Lelis: are you serious or do u just want attention or something haha im concerned. lol
Norma Marsalis: no impossible cause they are related by blood but your parents are not
Michelle Sohre: Child Divorcing Their Parents
Rocio Karvis: I would tend to think that it can't be done. -- At least not while the! child is a minor. Unless ... perhaps.... the child has previo! usly been declared an emancipated minor? I would think that the only real option to sever a parent-child relationship is to relinquish custody of the child to the state???A sad question.............. ....Show more
Wally Perrien: they can like disinherit their kids
Newton Fedorko: Infidelity is not a dealbreaker to me, therefore you'd hafta throw in dl activities, lying or not using your noodle in relation to obvious safety concerns or somehow not respect the primary relationship for me to declare, cheater cheater pumpkin eater!
Torrie Weissenbach: I don't think so. I've been considering selling mine to the circus though.
Jammie Taddei: no they can't.. once ur born u have a right to tehir last name..however, they can decide to like.. disown ur or something.. and not include u in their wills.. and mentaly divorce u.. which means.. not include u in any family parties.. holidays.. etc.. not talk to u.
Charlotte Bryar: nope, never.
Inez Relih! an: Yes. Worst decision that I ever made.
Sherita Gallati: Mariah Emancipated from Mimi...so yes.
Robbie Starchman: Children have a hard time understanding why their world, as they know it is suddenly torn apart and they no longer have a mommy and daddy who live together and with them. One of the most common things a child rationalizes is that the divorce was caused by something they did. They don't quite know what it was, but they feel guilty Another thing which may affect the child's mental health is that they still love both parents even though the parents are no longer in love with each other. When one of the parents speaks bad about the other to the child and tries to poison the child's mind against the other, the child feels guilty for loving the other parent. When a child is put in the middle in a tug of war they don't know who to believe or which way to go....Show more

Ulrike Hert: I got married too young after 12 years (she was 5 years older), she started going through some sort of early midlife crisis - partying, cheating, etc. The only reason I don't regret it was I got two beautiful daughters out of the deal.
Byron Fortmann: No. Best decision I ever made.
Ivan Velazquez: No you can't divorce them but u can disown them lol!!!
Lewis Ranft: The first three times yes, but I'm very happy now.
Fermin Tara: I have been married for 28 years, and I have never once felt sorry I got married. Not even once. And to address something you said in your answer to your own question, no, my wife definitely is not the same woman I married 28 years ago - she's BETTER. She's more educated, more traveled, has better communication skills, and much more.
Leticia Laiben: No, but they can give you up for adoption or as wards of the state. In Nevada now they can drop you off at the hospital and say they don't want you anymore. Or they can sell you into slavery.
Luke Kosch: For the best answers, search on this site https://shorturl.im/awmMAOf course it affects a child's mental health. Of course, it also depends on the age that the child is at when the divorce happens. Also, how nasty the divorce is also comes into play. A child's developing mind depends largely on a solid family structure. When t! hat family structure ceases to exist, the child has a hard time coping ! with that. Sometimes, the child will blame themself for what has happened because they feel as if they had a part in it even though it isn't their fault. Furthermore, their idea of the ideal marriage and ideal relationship is also ruined, causing some relationship issues later in life. Plus, it is even worse when there's a nasty custody battle and both parents are trying to fight each other for the child. They forget the most important thing of all in this case: the child's feeling and the child's needs....Show more
Matt Tiry: I have never, ever been interested in getting married. People are only human; they are not perfect. So the concept of being shackled legally to anyone for life is appaling to me. The same person I'd have married in 1995 is NOT going to be the same person in 2015. And not only that, but no matter how wonderful the person is, you're gonna get bored eventually because you have already had the best they have to give 1,000 times. I love the hunt. Ne! w experiences with new people trumps chicken every night after night after night.
Oswaldo Rayburn: When my husband married me nearly 15 yrs ago, I had 2 rules that came with me as part of a package deal. It covers all forms of cheating, drug use, etc. I for one will not stand for porn or strip clubs. I told him he is welcome to do anything in life as long as:1. You would have the b*lls to do it in front of me and2. you wouldn't mind either your wife or daughter doing it.Now if you can come up with something that a person might consider cheating, I guarantee it violates one of the previous two rules. I particularly hate the double standard and am a firm believer in what's good for the goose is good for the gander....Show more
Willa Holte: Interaction with people other than your significant other that exceeds the bounds you and your significant other implicitly or explicitly agreed on.It is not the ACT that makes something cheating, it is the breaking of ! trust, going against the 'rules' of your relationship.
Andra Oger! : If you would not do or say it in front of your partner, it's cheating. If you are lying, it's cheating. If it is something that could hurt your partner, it's cheating.
Derick Kinnard: In some states they have a Safe Haven Law which allows parents to abandoned their kids by bringing them to a hospital or other safe place and just leaving them. Most States limit the age to 2 but others are up to 18!
Patrica Loertscher: It's differant to every one, I take it to be, if you feel love or act on lust, or betray some one, then it is. A kiss or hug or a show of afection is not cheating.
Hipolito Rightmire: In a way yes they can. Up to the age of 14 in most states parents can sign there kids away. They can give them to the state and declare they don't want to be parents anymore. This mainly happens when the child becomes in a way that the parents can no longer control them. But it does happen for other reasons. Not that common.
Antonia Mogg: Parents can lega! lly sign off their parental rights by having a lawyer file a motion with family court. If your child doesn't have another parent to take care of them, they will become a ward of the state and have to live in foster care.Parents can also put their children up for adoption, but this requires finding a person/people to adopt your child and typically adoptive parents don't like to adopt children older then a few months/years old....Show more
Ronny Nowzari:
Benita Nancy: Well there is a difference here between cheating and pissing off your spouse. If I got a lap dance my fiancee would not say I cheated but it would piss her off something fierce!I think the answer really varies between couples. I mean I give my fiancees cousin a big kiss and squeeze her butt everytime I see her! my fiancee laughs and says "You know you cant do that with anybody else right?" And if I did it would be cheating but isnt with her cousin. See what I am getting at?Its between the 2 people i! n the relationship.I also think there can be emotional cheating as ment! ioned by other people. I also think that the should be a "meeting of the minds" to decide what people are comfortabel and not comfrotable with....Show more
