Idell Mulliniks: If your going to replace the battery under the hood of your car I would do an optima battery under the hood of my car and put those other batterys in the trunk of my car. And the one about the amps it depends if you like power. The more the marrier. At one point I was running Five thoudans watts threw my car and it sounded like death when I drove down peoples blocks. Lucky for me I didn't get pulled over in that car just car jacked.
